He stood a breath away, his elegant fingers gently brushing her stomach, stroking lower. They brushed against her aching, heated mound.

“You want me…there, Lily?”

A moan escaped her lips.

“You dream about it. You dream about my mouth on you, making you hot and screaming. You want me there.”

Rich male satisfaction rang in his voice. She couldn’t let Adrian gain control.

“I want to be free,” she managed to say.

“You secretly long for me, Lily. You’ve wanted this. Remember? Five years ago at the picnic… I looked into your eyes and knew… You can’t hide your desire from me.”

“Adrian, I don’t want to be tied down.”

A twinkle lit his dark eyes. “Then I won’t use the restraints.”

“You don’t understand. Every time we have sex…”

“Make love,” he corrected.

“I’m further drawn to you. I just turned and I want to fly by night. I can’t settle down.”

Feral red ignited his eyes as he swept back her hair, touching her bite mark. “You’re mine, Lily. I claimed you first. I marked you with my scent. Your blood mingles with mine.”

“I belong to no one but myself.”

His expression turned thoughtful. He smiled. “True. You always will. But only I can give you the sweet pleasure you need, Lily. None other.”

Circling around her, Adrian lightly clasped her shoulders. Warm breath feathered her cheek as he bent his head, whispering seductively in her ear. “Abandon yourself to your deepest desires and mate with me, forever. Surrender to me, and I promise you a world of sensual delights you can only imagine.”

Slowly she turned around to meet his burning gaze. Adrian kissed her, coaxing her to respond. Her fingers trailed over the hard bones, taut male flesh of his shoulders, sinew and hard muscles of his body. Lily clung to him, kissing him harder, her tongue eagerly meeting his.

When he broke the kiss, a fierce gleam lit his gaze. Adrian shed his clothing, watching as she did the same. Lily felt compelled by some odd, ancient instinct. She wanted him inside her as she wrapped herself around him, tangling with him in passion and heat. Vampire orgies held no appeal. Only Adrian, and the hot lust he created.
